Term of service for
Personal Collection
1. Ownership & Copyright:
✦The Artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the artwork.
✦The Buyer receives ownership of the purchased artwork (digital file only), but not the copyright.
✦The Buyer may not reproduce, modify, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without a separate license agreement.2. Usage Rights:
✦Allowed: personal collection, display (online/offline), wallpaper, sharing with proper credit.
✦Not allowed: commercial use, merchandise, redistribution, NFT minting, or use for AI training.3. Payment method:
✦Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal, in USD only. Cryptocurrency, tokens, or third-party payment apps will not be accepted.
✦Full payment must be completed before final delivery.4. Delivery:
✦Digital artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG/JPG/PSD.
✦Physical prints are not available.
✦File will be sent by email or Google Drive. Download link will remain active for 1 month. Please make sure to save your files within that time.5. Refund Policy:
✦50% refund is available only if the artwork has not been delivered. No refund will be issued once the artwork has been delivered.6. Artist’s Rights:
✦The Artist retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios, social media...unless exclusive commercial rights are purchased separately.7. Prohibited Uses:
✦The artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI datasets/training, blockchain-related projects, or any unlawful purposes.

Commercial use
1. Ownership & Copyright:
✦The Artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the artwork.
✦The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive commercial license to use the artwork for agreed commercial purposes.
✦Copyright transfer or exclusive rights require a separate agreement and additional fees.2. Usage Rights:
✦Allowed: marketing, publishing, promotional materials, merchandise, games, apps, streaming content, book covers, or other agreed commercial projects.
✦Not allowed: claiming authorship, reselling the artwork as a standalone product, NFT minting, or AI training datasets.
✦Any use outside the agreed scope requires a new license and fee.3. Scope of License:
✦The commercial license is non-exclusive by default.
✦Scope includes:
_Territory: worldwide (unless otherwise agreed).
_Duration: 1 year license (unless otherwise agreed).
_Media: print, digital, merchandise, or as specified in agreement.
✦Exclusive rights must be purchased separately.4. Payment method:
✦Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal, in USD only. Cryptocurrency, tokens, or third-party payment apps will not be accepted.

Exclusive Rights
1. Ownership & Copyright:
✦The Artist retains copyright and moral rights to the artwork.
✦The Buyer receives exclusive usage rights, but copyright and authorship always remain with the Artist.
✦The Buyer purchases exclusive usage rights, meaning the artwork will not be reused, resold, or displayed by the Artist for any other purposes (including portfolio, prints, or promotional use), unless otherwise agreed in writing.2. Usage Rights:
✦The Buyer may use the artwork for any commercial or personal purposes within the agreed scope.
✦Exclusive rights can be:
_Territory: worldwide (unless otherwise agreed).
_Duration: 3 year license (unless otherwise agreed).
✦Perpetual requires higher fees.
✦The Buyer may not claim authorship of the artwork.3. Payment method:
✦Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal, in USD only. Cryptocurrency, tokens, or third-party payment apps will not be accepted.
✦Full payment must be completed before final delivery.4. Delivery:
✦Digital artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG/JPG/PSD.
✦Physical prints are not available.

✦80% refund is available only if the artwork has not been delivered. No refund will be issued once the artwork has been delivered. This 20% covers time and effort already invested by the Artist.6. Artist’s Rights:
✦The Artist retains moral rights (right to be credited as the author).
✦The Artist forfeits all rights to reuse, resell, or publicly display the artwork once exclusive rights are transferred, unless otherwise agreed.7. Permitted Uses:
✦The Buyer is granted the right to use the artwork for:
_NFTs and blockchain-related projects.
_AI dataset integration and training.
_Any commercial or promotional purposes covered by the license.
✦The Buyer must ensure that such use complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
